Break and Grades for Chapter 5 posted

Hello, you may notice there will be very few posts over break.  However, I have posted the grades for the chapter five tests.  The process was to complete the test and then have one opportunity to correct the items that were incorrect.  Check them out on the skyward site.

Today was a quiz day and level up day

Check the grade book next Monday to see if you've improved your scores.  I'll have the level up sheets corrected and ready to hand back when I see you again.  Over the weekend you can still work on the Khantest to see if you can crack the top ten.

The plan for today

I will not be at school today, so here's the plan:

CARES - grade check, SSR, talk about or look up Pearl Harbor if you have time.

WIN - khan or big ideas

Basic rundown: (periods 1,4,5,6)
1. Complete Big Ideas Chapter 1 Test

I know this is "review," but I want to see how much you remember and I will also look at it as a level up, so do well and I can update grades with it as well.

2. Complete all Big Ideas assignments that are "overdue"

Tomorrow is work room day, so get these done!

3. Work on Khanacademy.org or other math sites

If you missed class yesterday or if you just want a refresher on what we did, I have posted a video from Anywhere Math so you can check it out. It's well done, so you'll be able to learn a lot from it if you want to. Please plug in headphones first though, so we don't have the same video going all over the place. :) There is a big ideas assignment for 5.3, so complete that as well.
